Je suis vraiment partagé quant à mon expérience chez pattes et griffes. J'aime l'offre des produits, le personnel, l'ambiance. Par contre, la politique de retour n'est pas adéquate à mon avis. Ça fait deux fois que ça nous arrive.. On achète de la nourriture en canne pour notre chat qui a de gros problèmes digestifs (vu 3 vétérinaires et tjrs pas réponses au problème..) et on veut retourner les sortes qui n'ont pas marchées et on doit absolument l'échanger.. Sur le champs. On a 30 jrs mais faudrait revenir avec le dite nourriture. Alors on fini par acheter quelque chose dont on a plus ou moins besoin. Même chose aujourd'hui, mais cette fois-ci on m'a mal conseillé à l'achat. On m'a dit que je ne perdais rien d'essayer parce que je pouvais retourner le sac s'il était plus de la moitié, mais je ne savais pas que c'était maximum 7 jrs. Bref.. Je ne comprends pas comment on ne pourrait pas au moins mettre un crédit à mon compte pour un prochain achat.. Et à la limite un crédit de la moitié de la valeur du sac (40$ quand même..) car je n'ai pas reçu toute l'information. Dommage!!
