Manoir Kanisha recently assisted us in the relocation of 2 rescue dogs adopted from the middle east. Their flight date to Montreal came quickly and was days away. Tim organized everything quickly and efficiently and they were able to accommodate these 2 beautiful dogs on short notice and handled it all with a great sense of humor too!. Clear communication and constant updates the entire time. The whole team took great care of them the few days they stayed until their next flight. The dogs were delayed a day on their onward travels to us due to a snow storm and were kept safe and warm until the next day when they were able to fly out. I always felt confident they were in good hands. Nicole kept me well informed as well and provided me with photos, tips and suggestions on their care. This is the kind of client service that is a rarity these days. Nicole even followed up after their arrival to make sure they were doing well. They truly care about the animals they help relocate. This was an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire Manoir Kanisha team who assisted with this project.🖤

Recent move to Montreal. Our 12 y/o, four legged family member stayed with Manoir Kanisha for one week. I've valued our prior boarding facility and was apprehensive in my search for a new facility. Manoir Kanisha Management and the staffs direct involvement with our dog far exceeded our expectations! All we can say is thank you! An absolutely fantastic operation! Special thanks to the **great** staff members who walked our dog throughout the day, Joanne - *you're one very special lady, and Nicole for providing such a fantastic setting! I'm missing one other name... and I apologize, assist(?) manager of operations. We were very fortunate to find your boarding facility. If you're seeking quality care for your pet, I have full faith, you too will find this place a fantastic place for your pets.

As we are true dog lovers, we were a little apprehensive about leaving our "babies" at Manoir Kenisha for the very first time. I was only able to speak with Nicole over the phone as we live in Calgary. Nicole was very helpful and put us at ease even though I may have called her about 15 times before our arrival. Nicole is very well versed in the area of animals and their care. The moment we entered the manoir we knew that this was the best place to leave our family members. Initially we were apprehensive about leaving the dogs overnight, but when we saw how much they loved being at the Manoir, that feeling quickly subsided and the dogs spent numerous nights at their facility. All the staff at Manoir-Kenisha are amazing. The welcoming smile of Joanne, and her amazing disposition. She did everything and more to make our visit a pleasant one. Joanne truly loved our dogs. Janet, and Mik were our dogs primary caregivers. The dogs were overjoyed whenever they saw them. You can truly tell that they have a love for animals and they treat them like they are their own. Our dogs especially loved the outdoor play time at the beautiful agility park. It was very sad to leave the manoir. Our very last day when we came to pick the dogs up, The staff had gone above and beyond and bathed both the dogs for their return back to Calgary. It truly was a pleasant surprise. What a wonderful experience to house our pets at this home away from home. Joanne even called us a few days after we got home to see how the puppies were doing, and how our flight home was! Feel rest assured that your pets will be well cared for and loved, beyond measure if you leave them at Manoir Kanisha! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We would like to express our utmost gratitude to all the personnels (Nicole, Peggy, Tim...) at Manoir Kanisha for providing thorough care with sincere love to our ORION (Shiba Inu, 3 years old) during his stay for over four months. Our relocation to Australia and the strict regulation for pets' entry to the country separated us for over such a long period, and it was the most difficult time for our entire family. However, from the start of his stay until the departure for Australia, Manoir Kanisha not only provided him the best professional care but also reassured his separated family with regular updates on his health and happiness. They provided him wonderful playtime twice a day, which of course he loved. They provided his updates regularly with beautiful photos and responded to our questions immediately with detailed information. Moreover, they took care of all the complicated relocation processes (vaccinations, export/import paper works, communications with related authorities, etc,). We, all his family, were extremely happy to see him arrive in Australia from Canada in such wonderful conditions and were so grateful to Manoir Kanisha for their thorough professional service. Tim Harris handled our pet relocation from Canada to Australia with our Yorkshire Terrier. It was at the end of the pandemic in April 2022, most relocation agents didn't have any routes out of Canada. Tim knew everything and was able to get him direct to Melbourne. His team was punctual , caring, comprehensive and took care of all the tests, approvals and permits. They did an outstanding job and highly recommended
