Most of the Staff are friendly. Extremely kind and helpful girl (Nathalie) who does your pets claw trimming but can't say that much about the guy. Good variety of products but you can not find all you need all the time. However, the biggest issue is they don't have a parking spot/lot since they moved to this new location, all by considering that they are now located on Mont-Royal Avenue!!! I say mostly a mis-calculation.
