Best pet service I have used thus far. Really look after your pup like its their own, and love the fact that its 24/7 supervision as well as cage free! when my pup is here I really have no worries, I know Carla and her team will sort out any issues and your pup would definitely be in good hands!

My dog passed away at the Pet Spa on February 10,2018 in the afternoon. no I was not notified until the following morning at 9 am, no there was no vet intervention, no there was no owner on the premise, only the employee who did reach out to the owner via telephone to advise the owner that my shitzu of 9 who was perfect on Friday, as I received daily texts stating that Molly was as texted " perfect and dancing and playing as usual" from the owner herself. He told the owner that my dog had blood in her poo.She advised him to watch my dog, and he did watch my dog. Something did happen on the premise, as I was not called until the next morning. I just want the customers to know that no there are no lies, no stories just the truth. Witnesses were present, when I received her call the next day at 9 am that my dog is dead, those words after 9 years of what I believed was the best 9 years of my life god knows what my dog was feeling as she lay lifeless on a mat dying without me knowing she was ill. So yes people I have a right to be upset and sad and still wondering what actually did happen from Friday night to Saturday to cause this tragic loss of my dog. Pet Spa is a beautiful doggy day care a clean establishment and does offer nice service to all that go there, the staff is terrific, and I adored them all, but this negligence on her premise is inexcusable.

Had a great experience personally, I can only hope the other awful reviews are indeed just a smear campaign.

Pet Spa used to be a great place for dogs, but since they have expanded to include overnight boarding they have lost their touch. With that many dogs all piled in together accidents will happen and have. Few friends who use the Pet Spa have mentioned to me their dog has changed, being scared of other dogs or more agressive towards other dogs, another received a call her dog was injuried and needed stitches across her leg, and sadly most recently another one died after being there for a few nights (cause of death unknown). My wife and I have gone else where now.

Absolutely wonderful people at the pet spa, everybody knows our dog's name and he always comes out of there looking like a happy camper. They also have a super active social media presence so you et to see pictures/videos of your dog if you're gone for a few days!
