Was buying my dog food and grooming services at this place since the old owners, and I had no issues. New owners also had program that if you buy your dog food there, they offer free nail cutting. Every time I went for the nail cutting the employee behind cash would always imply that I don't buy my food there. I have an 18 pound dog, and would buy a 10 kilo bag every 5 months or so. I explained to her that I have a small dog and don't need a 10 kilo bag every month. She would really make me feel like I was trying to get a freebie even though I would always buy a can with every nail cut, grooming twice a year, plus more than 2 10-kilo bags a year. I guess that wasn't enough for her, so when I went in June for a nail cut, and bought a can of dog food, she decided, all on her own, to charge the nail cut! I said oh you are charging now. She lied and said 'yes", since March we have been charging the nail cuts. I had cut them there twice since March and never got charged, so she basically lied and took the decision on her own. She also told me I need to but ten 10-kilo bags in A YEAR, to get the promo! I guess they only want people with huge dogs to make a profit! Too bad, the owner seems like a super nice guy. But I found another store where they don't discriminate small dogs=small profits......

Very good customer service. Would recommend for pet food and grooming. You can see that they enjoy what they do.

Great place i brought my cats there and had amazing service and even got my cats claws cut for free a few times when the store owner cut them would totally suggest this place to any cat and dog owner oh ya and perfect reasonable prices
