We brought our friendâ€™s dogs there while we were looking out to them. Both large breeds. One we werenâ€™t sure about how he would take the process. But both did amazing and Melanie was also so compassionate and did an excellent job. Even during a walk-in service like a nail clipping! Sure you pay a little bit for the service instead of waiting to get on a list at a major chain store it is worth the quickness and the comfort of knowing itâ€™s a stress free environment with a compassionate small business owner. We recommend it !

I found Melanie when my old groomer without notice closed for renovations and I was desperate to find someone. And how happy I am to have found Melanie. My dog is old, 15 years, so she has slowed down quite a bit. She has arthritis and some old age spots and now she has a fracture that seems to be a lot better. When I take her to Melanie after her bath, haircut nails clipped, etc she seems to be so upbeat and happy. Where as with other groomers I've always sensed my dog having an urgency to get the hell out. But when with Mel, my dog seems full of energy and comfortable exploring Mel's space. So important that I am happy with her haircut and always am and that my dog is comfortable and happy as well. She has really good rates as well and that too makes me happy ðŸ˜‰ Thanks Mel for taking care of my old girl.

As first time pet owners , we were weary about pet groomers based on stories we heard and read ... Melanie was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad to have found her! The first time we went to her place, she spent over 30 minutes going into every detail to make sure we were on the same page about our dogâ€™s cut. Which made us feel at ease leaving her with our pup, Bezos. As it was his first time, she filmed him getting his first bath and you can tell she loves her job! She was very gentle and patient with him which took away any nervousness or anxiety dogs may feel when getting groomed. Her hours are really flexible, she is very hard working! You can book online which is super convenient! We live in the old port of Montreal and we are more than willing to make the drive to Laval for Melanie! We highly recommend her , she is amazing!
