Je suis allée faire tondre mon chat. J'ai peut-être pas été chanceuse. On m'a dit 60-70$ pour le toilettage du chat, j'ai même spécifié qu'il avait des griffes et qu'il n'est pas très sociable. La dame ne porte pas de gants protecteurs, et quand je lui demande pourquoi elle me dit qu'elle n'aime pas ça. Mon chat l'a griffé et elle s'en est plaint. Mais elle refuse de porter les gants, et ils ne mettent pas de muselière au chat plur les empêcher de mordre. Elle m'annonce après qu'elle me charge une "prime de dangerosité" de 40$! Pas super honnête, mettons.

J y faisais garder mon chat, mais une fois, quand je suis retourné pour le chercher, l endroit était sans surveillance, la porte d entrée débarrée et entrouverte pour aerer, il n y avait personne sur place! Le préposé est revenu environ 15 minutes plus tard, il m a dit qu il était allé faire une course. Il aurait pu au moins verrouiller la porte. J ai passé une remarque à ce sujet, mais ça n'avait pas l air de le stresser que la porte soit restée debarrée. Je ne suis plus jamais retourné!!!
