Great place for grooming your pets! Went there a few days ago with our dog named Bob and the staff was great with him, they took great care of him (washing, ear cleaning and claw trimming) for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Je suis allée pour faire raser mon chat. La jeune fille qui a fait le travail était très attentionnée, gentille et professionnelle. Elle est clairement attachée aux animaux et c'est super réconfortant. Mon chat a été calme avec elle du début à la fin. Cependant, le service à l'accueuil est plutôt brutal et bête. Pas de bonjour, pas de merci, pas d'aurevoir. La fille à l'accueil semble courir partout comme si c'était la troisième guerre mondiale et parler vraiment bête aux autres employées. Un peu de courtoisie s'il vous plait. Vous êtes quand même dans le service à la clientèle.

Très mauvaise expérience pour mon félin. Les néons, le bruit, le va et vient, la cloche qui sonne à l’ouverture de la porte, l’odeur... Beaucoup trop d’éléments stressant pour un animal le moindrement peureux. Les deux employés avaient décidément peu d’expérience et m’ont demandé de tenir le chat... pas très prudent. Bref si vous avez un animal un peu stressé de nature, n’allez pas la!

J'ai été cherché mon chien après une heure de toilettage simple (poils courts) et je l'ai trouvé attachée par le cou et les hanches sur la plateforme, affolée et anxieuse. J'ai demandé combien de temps elle était attachée là avec le sechoir qui marchait à côté dans un vacarme intense. La dame m'a repondu que c'était le temps de lui sécher la tête alors que le Chien était tout sec déjà. J'ai un mauvais sentiment sur cet endroit, sur comment le personnel traite nos bêtes pendant notre absence.
