Thank you François for your compassion and patience . My children and I were devastated by the loss of our beloved MingMing (2006-2018) last night . She passed away suddenly in my son’s arms . MingMing had been sick a couple of weeks ago but seemed to be on the road to recovery her appetite and spunk had returned . This unexpected death has left us in a tailspin. I appreciate the fact that you allow us to assist the cremation. Even though I did not have the strength to remain there for the entire process the fact that I was able to see where it’s done and your explanation of how you proceed helped me . I was able to take my time and say my final goodbye to this beautiful cat we rescued from the refuge pour chats de Verdun . We might have rescued her but her love protected and comforted us always . I lit candles and incense said a prayer and I know that she’s in good hands with you. Our hearts are still broken but we know that having chosen Veuliah was the best way to honour MingMing she never left our side , loved my son unconditionally and deserved the best. Warmest regards Anna

Lost my Puppy Oreo after 14 years of loyal dedicated service in 2014. I was Heart broken and couldn't decided what to do and decided take the weekend to think about it and left Oreo's body at the vet. on the Monday I had decided to have him cremated and contacted the vet to go through with the process and figure out the pricing. The local cremation place pick up his body and actually lost Oreo for 6 days. In the mean time my girlfriend found Veuliah and we decided to go with there service. They then proceeded to track down Oreo's body with the other cremation service , bring him to there location and allowed me to use my own urn and personalize everything and send Oreo off like the champion Boston Terrier BFF he was. The owner even took the time to talk me about his personal lost and how he dealt with them. And I lean on his words when I think about the lost of my dog till today. Great service , Great people can not say anything but positive things about this place. A++++++ keep up the great work !!

This past Thursday (Aug 3) I said good-bye to my sweet little kitty Ninja. She was 13 years old and spent everyday by my side. I found out about 2 months ago that she had cancer and there was nothing we could do to save her. So I brought her home and made her last days as comfortable and enjoyable as I possibly could. i looked into cremation since I'm not a home owner I didn't feel right about burying her somewhere that I would eventually move from. I called the few places that offer these services and veuliah really stood out. It's more than just a business transaction to them. They genuinely feel for their customer and really make the process so much easier. I knew they were the right choice as they were the only place that actually offered their condolences from the first phone call. I was even able to make the appointment that evening and mr Gallo even came in after business hours. He explained the whole process and I was able to pick up her ashes the next morning. It's a very touchy situation because some people just don't understand that the love u can have for a pet can be as strong as that for a human, and we often grieve alone in these unfortunate situations but mr. Gallo really does understand and makes you feel so much better about Everything. It's comforting to know that my baby was in good hands. I've lost loved ones and have had to plan funerals and can honestly say I didn't even get this good of a service. It's sad but it's true, everyone could take a lesson in empathy and compassion from This man. If you've lost a beloved pet and wish to have them cremated, I strongly recommend this place. I'm not even someone who writes reviews but I wanna tell people because I know how important it is to get good service when it comes to matters of the heart. Mr. Gallo your kindness and empathy really made this whole experience so much easier, I can't thank you enough

My wife and I had to put our 11 year old dog today. We got confirmation 2 weeks ago that she had cancer and does not have to long to live. This being our first time going through this you could imagine the emotions we were feeling. I summoned the courage to look into what options were available to us, and we decided to have Berry cremated. Our vet in T.M.R. referred one company, I don't want to say the name of the company but will say all 3 companies I had called all were the same... cold, everything was an extra $$... it was business...., keep in mind this is an opportunity for some people to take advantage on our emotional state,it reminded me when we went swimming with the dolphins in Mexico on the way out they want to sell you a pictures for $40us I get its a business but if your going to charge have some empathy and be a little personable. I continued to call and came across VEULIAH. From the first conversation I felt it was right, Mr. Gallo explained to me everything and wanted to know our dogs name what had happened...WOW. he even called me when he picked up our dog from the vet to bring her to his place, and offered if we don't want to be there for the cremation he would call us at the time so if wee wanted to make a prayer. We met him today and it confirmed that we made the right decision and left our dog in the right hands. We decided to attend the cremation, for us being there is the least we could do for all the unconditional love Berry gave us over the years. P.S. even thought this is not really about money Veuliah prices are reasonable and there are no extras $$$ its all included even a hug. Mr. Gallo,my wife and I would like to thank you for the love you gave us over the past couple of days, it will make the moving forward easier. Merci.

Nicoleta
