Mocha and Ben just love going to see Kim. They can't get in the door fast enough. Kim is a very professional dog groomer. We have never been disappointed with her work. When Ben had surgery on his leg she took great care not to hurt him. 5 star for sure. Thanks Kim you are fantastic!!

i have been going to Kim for YEARS now. it started with a sudden heat wave in early spring a few years back, my poor little girl was melting in the heat. having kept her fluffy for the snow i wasn't prepared for +25c !! i called THAT DAY and she got her in for an emergency hair cut. i picked her up and i was SO impressed with how she allowed me to customize her haircut (I'm picky lol) that i never even looked anywhere else again. she was wagging her tail and not petrified from the experience either! when we had a run in with an assistant she hired a few years after, who did the fine tuning and nail trim on my dog and had cut her skin and her nails past the quick, i knew immediately that Kim had hired someone new. i called and chatted with her about it, can't blame her for trying to hire help, the next day she fired her and gave me a free haircut for her next appointment! amazing customer service, my pupper loves her, and Kim genuinely loves all of the animals too :)

Took my dog here to get his nails cut as my dogs nails are black and I don't trust myself to cut them. I sat in the waiting area and I've never ever heard any dog scream how mine did! He sounded like he was in So much pain. Ive had family members cut my dogs nails and he has been fine! My dogs nails were bleeding on and off for 2 days. He was limping and whining. I won't be returning here!

Been taking our dog there for about 4 years, never had an issue. Our dog is typically very matted and comes back to us clean and without complaint. It's a dirty, difficult job I am happy to pay to have done. Try it, I have, and it gave me respect for the trade.
