Wow. All I can say is wow. We've been other places to take our dog for a trim, and our rabbits for nail trims. Nobody compares. Let's start with the rabbits because you can't take rabbits everywhere to get nails done. I love how many staff they have working to do trims. I brought my dog and rabbits all at the same time for nail trims. I had two girls look after the three rabbits and they both knew exactly how to handle, pick up, and hold a rabbit. FIrst box checked - rabbits are naturally prey animals. They were so gentle with our kids. Same day, dog groom booked. Got her in right away for the groom and was out in about an hour and a half. The girl doing the grooming was great. She was friendly, and she did literally the best job I've ever seen done for our Chihuahua cross. She's so nice and trim, especially around the neck where she gets a mane happening. It looks like when you see people with super expensive haircuts. Let's not forget to mention the girl that was working the desk. Again, super friendly, handled a super busy rush with ease, and really cared about everyone that was in the store. If I could give more than five stars I would. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and I will keep coming back. My first experience with them was amazing. Hands down.
