First time I've ever left my fur baby before, so I was nervous that she may be bad. The staff was amazing and they made her feel right at home. And she looks so beautiful with her bandana! A++ 10/10 100% totally recommend to anyone! My baby will definitely be coming back for a visit!

The staff are very friendly! They take great care of the animals and they have great pricing too! I expected to pay way more than I did. Thank you so much for being so kind to my cat! I will definitely be back :)

Devin is a wonderful & caring groomer. Our little ‘Rosie’ is terrified of being groomed & Devin makes her experience as comfortable as possible. Very kind & gentle. Bless your heart, Devin! Our deepest thanks to you 😊🐶 Michael & Delaine

Absolutely loved the results of the microbubble bath. I had 2 very itchy and shedding fur babies. Alexis explained to us in detail how and why the bath would work for our babies. She was right! We took them and our babies couldn’t be happier. They are more relaxed, not scratching all the time & the hair on them and my house is very minimal. I now vacuum every 3 days instead of daily. I have asthma & I’m allergic to pet dander, I have noticed a huge improvement with myself on both fronts. I’m so amazed and we are very happy with the results. Thanks so much Alexis for explaining and letting us know in detail how we could make our babies more relaxed and happy.

I called them to make an appointment (almost 2 months in advance) for my dog and explained I wouldn't be able to drop her off until 2pm because I drive for 6 to 7 hours to get to Saskatoon (plus the time to drive through Saskatoon to this location). The website said 2.5 hours and I could have brought her in up to 2:40pm. I wanted to make sure her nails got done too so I called to make the appointment. They said it would take 4 hours (after first not even realizing they were open until 5pm that day). And were rude and unaccommodating. I've gotten my dog cut there quite a few times but we haven't had her cut in the past year. I posted to not recommend them and they don't care. They then said they could have done something to help and done an "express service" or charged me extra and said they care and said she came in on a "day off" to cut someone's dog that couldn't be done another time. But why didnt they offer me that after learning it takes me 7 hours to drive to Saskatoon to drop my dog off? It's not like I live in Saskatoon and I'm just trying to be difficult. They don't care about your dog or your business! Find another place. NEVER COME HERE!!
