My dog loves it here! The online system is very user friendly and the hours are great. They are filling up with pups very fast so it is understandable why they have to turn people away/book in advance. They post pictures almost daily of the pups playing/chilling. Would highly recommend Pups Playground!!

Take my 2 girls here 3 days a week, and have had absolutely no problems! I know they're in great hands! They come home after a day at Pups and are just exhausted! The report cards are a nice touch to see how the girls days were, and if there were any highlights, and/or if they needed a time out for being grouchy! The online booking thing is very easy to use, and in this day and age where everything is done online, I much prefer it! Kudos to Auntie Kristen and all of the other "Aunties" for being so great to us and our girls "Queen Bay" , and "Princess Pop".

-Started off good, but after being a patron for several months I attempted to book my dog in through the online system, when that failed to work I verbally confirmed this with the owner/ via text. I arrived that morning only to be told that they were full and that I had to use the online booking system, even though this was done a week in advance no apology was offered, no interest in helping me troubleshoot the webpage (and I am very tech savvy) I was basically told to hit the road. They let their short term success go to their heads and will treat you like garbage as soon as they have their quota for the day. If you are not one of their regulars they will treat you like a 2nd class customer and constantly criticize your dog. -If your dog is being harassed by other dogs they will penalize you and tell you they are misbehaving. Even though our dog was very good they routinely had negative and critical things to say about him. -They nitpick about anything over and above the dog being a docile/ sedated lump on a log. We had our dog who is a very well behaved German shepherd neutered just so he could go there and they still complained. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
