I've brought my dog for a daycare visit and it was good, so we tried an overnight stay. Unfortunately, another dog peed on the his kennel, his blanket and his toys, and then he was put in there for night. Needless to say my pup didnt have a very good sleep and was super tired the next day. I'm just not sure why his kennel wasn't put away so that he could have slept in the clean bed I provided for him. I would have a hard time trying Crazy Tails again.

Geared towards big dogs for sure but my dogs have enjoyed this place every time!

Staff is disorganized and incompetent. Location is way out of the way. I have signed up for two course with Crazy Tails, and I won't be doing so again. The first time, they cancelled the course and neglected to notify me. I showed up on the first night only to find that the staff was leaving and courses were cancelled. They rescheduled me for another course, and promptly lost my dogs vaccination records. The second time, I signed up well in advance, followed up, and made sure that I was on the list of those enrolled in the course. I had to be away for the first class, so I emailed, phoned, and visited in person to make sure that I could get homework for my dog and to make sure they knew I was going to attend, even though I couldn't be there the first class. They were unable to take my payment before the class started (which was a good thing, I found out), didn't reply to the email, and didn't have answers for me by phone. When I showed up for the first class I could attend, the trainer was shocked, moody, and unprofessional. She suggested that I hire a private trainer instead of continuing with the course and wouldn't even take the time to discuss options. I am extremely disappointed with the disorganization and lack of communication the staff exhibit and I am truly displeased with the attitude of the trainer I interacted with.

Accommodated our requests to have our two Boston terrier be put together in their wire crate in their their own room. They only charged us for one room! One of our Boston's had a lot of anxiety/fear if other dogs so he would always border on snapping at them but since he picked him up when we got back from vacation he's a completely different dog for the better! Not nearly as much aggression and there's more mutual affection between our two dogs now. This is the only place I'm going to take my dogs from now on.

7 attempts to have them contact me about training - zero responses, despite me seeing they read my facebook messages. Must be doing so well they don't want business. I've come to find many others have had the same experience recently.
