Great facility and amazing staff. Took our dog to Novice obedience here after consulting what would be best for our timid but docile rescue. Amy was the most perfect teacher for us, I couldn't be happier with the results and how amazing she was with the other dogs as well!

This is the most amazing place for your animals to be left when you need that place for them, whether your going on vacation or just need a place for them to get all their needs taken care of. This facility is top of the line and the staff is great. I would recommend it to anyone especially those who hold their animals close to their hearts.

Puppy class had too many puppies for the space there was. Staff is excellent and helpful but it was much too chaotic for one person to deal with so many. My puppy almost choked on the "toy" balls in the swimming poolthey brought out. These are definitely not dog safe and are in fact a huge choking hazard. That was disappointing to see. Hopefully the novice 1 class will be a better fit. Was definitely disappointed in the puppy class and pulled out after getting knocked over by other dogs and hurting myself. I think it would be much better if there were less dogs in the puppy class or else at least one more trainer. Again the staff is great and knowledgeable but the class was just too big and chaotic. Hopefully the "toy" balls have been re.oved or replaced as it was a close call with my Puppy! Still excited to try their next level class and hope it is a better experience.

They have cancelled/rescheduled every training class or consultation I have tried to arrange with them. I understand things happen, but it's really frustrating none the less. I'm probably going to go somewhere else for training for this reason.

We have used the Daycare service about 6 - 8 times with our new puppy. After the first visit I was hooked and so was our puppy. It is great to see him so tired when we get home, knowing he had a good day of play and exercise. What a great service and the staff are all very friendly. Our kids rush to check Facebook and watch the up loaded video during the day when we get home. I would love to see a more maybe a fixed camera with a live feed or just a larger view.
