My Pomeranian ended up with permanent trachea problems after being boarded here quite some time ago and it reduced his quality of life. It was before the terrible incident when so many dogs needlessly died. Although I don't have proof of this, I feel that the staff must have held him back by his collar for an extended period of time, or yanked on it. It's the only thing that makes sense here. It should be common knowledge that when you cause trauma to the neck in these small breeds, the trachea can be damaged. He never had issues before his stay and has suffered with a collapsing trachea ever since. If this is the case, it would seem that the staff members that are supervising the dogs, need to be supervised. Who takes accountability when these so-called dog-lovers, mistreat animals. What kind of training do staff members get before given the responsibility of caring for our pets? They need to have live streaming of the dogs in the facility so a dog owner can watch their dog any time they want to while in the care of playful paws, That would show they don't have anything to hide. Also, no part of the facility should be off limits for touring, this can also indicate that something is being hidden. I am still surprised that this facility was able to stay in business.

Our two dogs absolutely love this facility. They get the care and attention that they both need, and are well loved here. We have used Playful Paws for the past few years when we go away on holidays, and also for daycare when our dogs need some playtime. Thanks to the team for the amazing job they do, and for posting pics of all the pups on Instagram. Highly recommend this facility.

My dog is a new member of playful paws, but we are absolutely amazed with how professional, caring and knowledgeable they are! The staff is friendly and really have a love for animals, I love how they give you a report card at the end of your dogs visit saying how your dog did with lots of positive comments! I know my dog is safe here and having a blast, so thank you for all your guys hard work!

THIS KENNEL MURDERED 14 DOGS READ THE NEWS. Also, when I went to pick up my moms dog, he was covered in cuts all over his face and didn’t say anything about it until we confronted them on it. Then they had the audacity to say it was because OUR dog was aggressive. Well he’s been to other dog kennels since and was perfectly fine, there’s been lots of reviews with the same experience. Owner, if you want to fight me on this I have pictures. Don’t take your dog here unless you want it murdered and tortured. This place makes me sick. Go out of business. Killing innocent animals because you’re too cheap and stupid to take care of them
