If you’re looking for company who will do a terrible job, shrug their shoulders, and verbally abuse you on the phone these are your guys! If I could give a negative star I would. This crew connected my sump pump discharge to a frozen line. It was prevalent that they had zero confidence in the work they did but walked away from my home anyway. Hours later I had a near overflowing sump pit and nobody to come fix it. Despite being open at 3 pm, they pretty much said too bad nothing we can do. I had to resolve the problem myself with a promise to fix the following day. Glenn (perhaps the sociopathic owner) called me the following morning to promptly inform me that I would be billed for the shoddy work the day prior and for the second service call to fix it. When I objected he instantly became belligerent and verbally aggressive to such a point that I simply had to hang up the phone. Please do yourselves a favour and hire a company that cares about the work they are doing, is accountable to their errors, and fixes them. Also, basic human decency and respect goes a long way but it is simply absent at this place of business.

Crazy outfit I meet the salesman once & ended up giving them the go ahead to do my crawl space with there produces , We agreed on the price with emails back & forth .Then the owner calls me & says there going to use a different pipe than what was on the quote & less work but no different in price . The crew showed up at my place in a small gravel truck, weird & so I meet them the one guy has done this before & the other is new to this , both of them just help out when there are busy & don’t work for the company, they are hard to understand as they are new to Canada. Anyhow they are borrowing tools & walking in & out of my house in bare feet on my brand new carpet & no drop sheets . Anyhow the owner keep calling them & me giving them trouble because it was taking to long & he wanted them to go to another job. What a gong show they left with dirt & mud all over the place , nice enough guys but way to rushed & under skilled. Maybe the real crew was better??? Paid them & they cashed it that day & never heard back from the owner I hope the job was done probably as I was unable to watch them all day. Look around & make sure you get everything in writing.

Got them to fix a leaky wall and on the first rainfall started leaking again. Tried to contact them 3 times and nobody would return the call. Not sure what their problem is but beware if any issues arise as they do not respond.

Had them put in their system approx. 2 years ago and it works like a charm. They were very professional in their work and cleanup and explained everything they were doing along with illustrations. Would definitely recommend them over anyone else in this profession. Very reasonable price unlike some of the companies that want to dig along side your home and replace all the weeping tile. If I were building a new home I would have this system put in right from the start and you would never have to worry about a wet basement again. Great system, the only problem.......wish I had invented it!
