They did a good job on our tower windows. Missed the smallest spot but all in all a great job.

Allstar was hired by the management of our building to power wash all of the concrete ledges around the perimeter of the building and clean all the windows. They cleaned the windows (poorly) and then the following day power washed the ledges which in turn spattered all the dirt from the ledges back onto the freshly cleaned windows. I spoke to two employees on site and asked them to correct their error but they didn't, and the windows are still filthy. Common sense dictates that you power wash first then clean the windows. They need to get their act together! Lots of unhappy tenants here.

My windows are now actually dirtier than they were. Last year after requiring porches cleared off didn't even bother to show up for the first 4 days. A one week process took nearly 2 weeks until windows were hurriedly done. After a poor job and a few big few streaks left on windows and I said nothing. This year well it's beyond terrible. They are contracted from our property managers and so I don't have a choice in the hiring but now have to look through filthy windows, water streaks stains running down, no corners or edges done. I wish I could get out there and do them myself. It appears that pride in a job well done means nothing to them or the people they hire.

My building hired them to clean our windows. When the job was done I didn't even know the windows were cleaned. They looked the same.
