There’s a pretty big skylight or maybe call it a glass dome more accurately in my house. I have been looking for a company doing caulking job because of a slight leaking during winter. I contacted both glass companies and roof companies, none of them could do it. It makes me quite frustrated. I finally found Next Level Caulking Ltd which specialize in caulking. The work they’ve done shows that I made a good decision. Leo and Josh of this company are very professional, experienced,effective and thoughtful. Besides that, They are people paying attention to details.They listened to me and gave me a lot of suggestions. I finally asked them to do more jobs including seal all the windows and change flashing etc. I am very pleased with the work done and the professionalism and courtesy. While performing a routine window inspection, I discovered a few rotten spots in one of my bay window sill. After discussing with some contractors, they all came to the same conclusions. That I need to replace the rot and have all exterior window trims caulked for moisture prevention. When asked which sealant caulk to use, all recommended Dap or Dynaflex230 -both of which I frown upon. Despite manufacturer's claims, I know acrylic latex on exterior never last beyond 1 to 2 years. These were odd spots that none of my family members even noticed unless I pointed out to them. He even correctly identified the types of sealant caulk used. When he said he would only use Tremco Dymonic, a polyurethane sealant caulk on all my windows, I said aloud in my head, "Bingo!" In my view, the overall price is a real bargain and ultimately well-worthed. Work ethic wise, Leo and Josh worked and completed everything as scheduled. Always arrived on time and even 30 minutes early. Never mind being supervised or interrupted with questions. Carried positive attitude and were approachable. Maintained good communication skills throughout the process and attended to my requests in timely manner. As a conservative consumer, I usually make an informed decision after consulting with several contractors. In this case, I made up my mind within 2 consultations with the same. Next Level Caulking is the one-and-only caulking company I talked to. I took a big risk but rather than regarding my instinct as gambling, I said to myself, "Thank you Buddha for your guidance. I feel like I just won Bingo!" The finished look is artistically and seamlessly color-matched to my exterior paint. It is also structurally waterproof and pest controlled. Needless to say, my mom and I are super impressed. I intend on rehiring them for my future home maintenance and restoration projects. I highly recommend them to anyone who is seriously looking to hire professional caulkers who stand by their amazing craftsmanship and workmanship.
