Sturgeon did some foundation work on my house back in 2017. The workers were very friendly and worked tremendously hard. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up after which I did not expect. I had some issues return a few years down the road and they came our right away (within a day or two after reaching out) during there busy season too! I really appreciated the overall customer service. Starting with the bubbly receptionist and all they way down to the workers. I would for sure recommend!

I had sturgeon come fix my foundation this year and since the repair I have had no issues at all, from Len to the receptionist to the very hard working crew. I was very pleased with it all, I would highly recommend this company

**Beware** This company repaired corners of our basement that were leaking in 2014. Person who came out was fantastic work crew that showed up was great! Work completed no issues and very happy. Fast forward to 2022. One of the corners began leaking in the spring. Phoned the company in March (for warranty) had an appointment for June. June comes around company calls and cancels. Fine, we get another appointment for July. July comes and no one shows. We phone and get another appointment for August. We get a phone call right before our appointment telling us that they had the wrong people scheduled to come and that a person would phone us by the end of the day. Two weeks go by and we have heard nothing. I phone. The woman on the phone tells me she has no record of appointments for us. She makes me an appointment for end of October. Appointment date comes, no one shows up and no answer at the office. Message left and no call back. My wife phones from a different number and a woman answers who has no idea because she is not in the office. We are told to go about our day because people are not showing today and she would phone us when she gets back to the office. A week later we have heard nothing! I have sent an email asking for a callback and again nothing! Do not deal with company. Not sure what has happened between 2014 and now, but beware!

Business is very poorly managed, there is no communication between head office and their workers. Reception kept forgetting or making mistakes regarding payments by adding an extra $1000 to the final quote. Constantly had to call to schedule an appointment which ended up being weeks later than agreed upon. Did not complete the job, delivering window well without installing. Working crew was very nice and work was done well. Would not recommend this company going forward.
