After heavy rains in late winter caused water to enter the house basement through a poured concrete wall and ruined a large area of laminate flooring which buckled as it got soaked. Crackmasters was quick to respond and assess the repair needs. We found their advice to be well based although it was a more extensive repair needing hand excavations down to the foundations outside. Timing was dictated by having to wait for a rain-free period. The repair team were excellent and worked carefully to keep the property clean while digging out a large quantity of very hard clay soil. The repair used quality materials and the final bill was exactly as per the estimate. We were very pleased with Crackmasters who deserve the 5 star rating for their work on our property.

Fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough. I had 2 large cracks in my basement that were letting in lot's of water after heavy rain. They injected them and they have stood up to the test. They left the basement cleaner than when they started. Very happy with the service and work.

Absolutely Amazing. It was just after a an early spring thaw that we noticed a ton of water coming in to the basement. I called Crackmasters and RCC. It literally took 3 or 4 calls to RCC before I could get a return call. When I did, the guy didn't show up for the appoinment. Jim picked up the call in the first attempt and was at the building for a quote within days. He finished on time and on budget. Great service. Good advice. Quick responses. Very happy and would highly recommend Crackmasters.
