I received a quote from them and 1.5 days before the work was supposed to start they decided they wouldn't honour the quote. Be very careful choosing this company. It has extremely bad service if they won't actually do the work at the price they agree to.

If you are willing to wait 16 weeks for them to show up and work from 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. then this might be the company for you. Also you will want to get EVERYTHING in writing. Whatever the sales rep tells you make sure you get the exact words in writing or it will become a he said she said issue. Don't expect any apologies or compensation for the wait or being mislead by the sales rep. I was told they would remove and replace the studding and insulation. They only removed it. I was told they would bring the floor back to the way it was. They just roughed in the cement leaving me to level and smooth it off. The first day the workers arrived at approximately 10:00a.m. and spent most of the day in or standing around the truck. The first 2 days they were packed up and gone by 3:oop.m. using the last hour to gather up their tools. The last day they didn't show up until around 11:00p.m. Whether the job was done properly only time will tell.

“I was in the Waterproofing industry for 5 yrs and RCC was a direct competitor and they were always “the best in town” (from what people told me). Then about a year ago one of my properties needed some waterproofing done and I was way too busy to do it. So, my partner and I decided to get RCC in and see how go they were. They were exactly what I heard from other people. From their sales rep, all the way down to the labourers. I highly recommend them for your waterproofing”
