I chose City Wide Group to waterproof my house after getting several quotes, my neighbour suggested to enquire with Tony from City Wide Group before deciding. They were very happy with the quality services they received. I was instantly impressed with the knowledgeable answers I received to my questions. The workmen were efficient and worked hard within the tight spaces around my property. They also cleaned up well after back filling the soil. Tony was very transparent during the project and communicated our requests and concerns with the workers extremely well. Delivered as promised. Very glad I listened to my neighbour friend. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Tony from City Wide Group Waterproofing.

After all the snow melted in March we started to notice water in the basement of our house. I started researching waterproofing companies and came across City Wide. I set up an appointment with Alex. He was on time, extremely professional and very honest. He explained the problem we were having and gave us a permanent solution to fix it. We chose to go with City Wide because Alex made us understand the process from beginning to end. Him and his crew took care of our house as if it was their own. I highly recommend City Wide and especially Alex.

Amazing service. I had a leak through my basement walls and these guys came the same day I called to assess my situation. They gave a competitive quote and did a thorough job. Was very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company. Finally some trustworthy contracters!

Shortly after moving into our home, we discovered there was an undisclosed crack in the foundation that flooded the finished basement with every heavy rainfall. After extensive research and multiple quotes we selected City Wide Group to fix our issue. From the onset we were thrilled with the professionalism and openness of City Wide. Our rep, Casey was personable and discussed the practical consideration for ways to approach the job. City Wide Group provides timely and clear communication throughout the project. When the crew (a mini-army) arrived they got right to work. To ensure we didn’t lose our hedge, they hand dug all around the house. The job took a mere 3.5 days and when they were done, the cleanup was immaculate. One would never know such a big project had just occurred. The finished work is excellent. I have full confidence is the job and feel we received excellent value. With the bit of rain we have had since, there hasn’t been a drop of water in the basement and I expect that will remain true when there is heavy rain and the spring thaw. As an added benefit, the humidity level in my basement has dropped over 25% meaning I don’t have to run the dehumidifier 24/7. Without hesitation I recommend City Wide Group. Their service is superior and workmanship top-notch.
