During the spring thaw I got some water in my basement and remembered hearing about this company on the radio. I checked out the reviews here on google and decided to give them a call. Honestly they went above and beyond my expectations for professionalism. Before even meeting with them, they sent me a book explaining how basement foundations work, then the estimate was done on the spot when I decided to bring them in. The sales person arrived on time and was very open to answering questions. Come time for the work to be done, they called back 2 days before to ensure everything was scheduled, and what time the installers would be there, etc. Day of they called to let me know they were on their way, no need to guess when they would show up. I've never seen a worksite kept so clean, especially considering they were cracking up concrete. Felix and Brandon kept the place pretty much spotless. In the 3 days they were working, they were super professional, punctual, and informative. They didn't mind me coming down to check on the work and see the progress or take pictures. They answered my questions and made sure I understood how everything worked. Overall it was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor, and while you may pay a bit more for the service (interior french drain is still cheaper than excavating), the not having to stress about anything more than made up for it.

Jérémie Tisseur and Martin Ouellette installed the system at our home. They are great individuals who did an excellent job. They are hard-working, diligent and conscientious individuals. Even with sweltering heat, they never complained and worked arduously to complete the job within the 3 days that was scheduled. Great team, very satisfied with the excellent work done!!

I needed insulation for my house's attic. Shopping around I came across 'System Sous sol Quebec', in Laval Quebec. I was attracted by their web page, the picture of the team, the pleasant voice on the phone and the visit from their professional very well mannered sales representative. The installers were very pleasant and professional. They went out of their way to answer my questions and to do an extra great job on a complicated insulation job - very low drawn-out roof. They gave it the extra in a very professional way. They left everything spotless. REALLY VERY WELL DONE. THANK YOU. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you. Gerry

The rep was very knowledgeable and truly concerned that we got the right fix for our situation. We have a daughter with a terminal illness, her lungs are not very strong. Our crawl space is just 2 to 3 ft high and a dirt floor. We knew from researching that around 25% of the air we were breathing was from under the floor and we were having some respiratory issues. the team that came for the installation were very respectful, careful and clean. They also knew the product very well and were able to answer most of our questions during the installation of the liner, under liner thing that lets water run away, dehumidifier and sump pump. The follow up care has been amazing (Installation was over 2 years ago). The improvement we have seen has been well worth having the job done, Our daughter has not been in hospital so much (its been over a year now and only once in the year before that vs 3 or 4 times a year before). Although we know other factors are at work in this, we credit a large part of the change to the work done by Basement systems Quebec. we had quite a few other companies giving us quotes, this one felt like they cared and have cared ever since. A huge thanks to the whole team from start to finish and beyond, an amazing experience.

I had some supports put into my crawlspace. The individual who came to view the space was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was very clear. The team who completed the work were very professional and clean. They noticed that it was possible to use the existing cement blocks already in the crawlspace instead of digging everything out and packing down rocks as they originally planned on doing. I had a few questions about the safety of using the existing blocks, so the team leader gave me the number of his supervisor, who was very helpful. He asked that the team leader send pictures of the area, and he assured me that it was safe to use the existing blocks. They even lowered the price for the time and materials saved. Overall an awesome experience, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done in their homes.
