Their system looks like it will work. Took 2 days to complete as i was told. Issues were they did not clean up well. Maybe a light sweeping, also did not reinstall my laundry sick and washer drain. They were in a rush to leave and said somebody would be back. Got a call few days later but I needed to do laundry asap and reinstalled myself. There was no reason but laziness for that to be done days later. I also had to repaint much more of the basement floor than intended bc of all the dirt left behind. I must have mopped 10 times or more. They should have used more plastic sheeting. I also thought the price for the sewer backup valve was a bit much. I was quoted for 2 at $2200 1 storm, 1 sewer. Ended up only needing one. They knocked 700$ off. Feel it should have been $1100

I am gracefully approaching the young age of 70. In all my years, I have had no faith in the term "Warranty". In my opinion, Warranty should actually be "Warranty-good luck with that". Recently I had a pleasant experience with a warranty. Eighteen and a half years ago, I signed a contract with SAS Services to waterproof my basement. When they finished waterproofing the basement SAS gave me a lifetime warranty. I started to get some seepage in my basement, so I called SAS and the same day an associate came out to my home. The following day, another SAS representative came out to my house and said "We have a problem". I was told to call the office the next day and set up an appointment. I called and set up an appointment at my convenience . On the scheduled day, SAS arrived, walked me through what they were going to do and their expectations then all of a sudden, like out of a starting gate, five gentlemen started moving in all directions, each individual performing a task, all in unison with coordination. Three hours later SAS removed and replaced my basement waterproofing. When they were leaving, cleaning as they went along, they did a walk through of the complete job and explained in detail what was changed and how the system works. My wife and I were very pleased with the clean up and the control of the dust that was to be expected but they had it under control. All this done under the SAS "Lifetime Warranty". This is truly a first class organization. If you are in need of waterproofing your basement and want it fixed for "Life" I strongly suggest you call SAS Basement Waterproofing.

Great price. Excellent work. Took less than a week to complete the job. Cleaned up every day before leaving.

Very accurate work, did more than I expected and covered all bases. Only concern now is that after this harsh winter some of the cement is starting to crack. Dont know if this will be a future problem though.

I had my driveway tore out and replaced with new cement. Dino was my representative/foreman he always kept me informed on the status from the plan to getting the permits to completion of the work. The cost was exactly as proposed. I would recommend SAS for any cement needs or tuck pointing.
