Did an awesome job on waterproofing my basement after it was leaking. They added a new sump pump and waterproofing in the wall to prevent any future leaks. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Every person I spoke with from the salesman to the front office to the guys doing the work in my basement were incredibly polite and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made to go with this company. I highly recommend for any work needed.

I called BWM for second opinion regarding water in the basement around the furnace, Scott came and listened to me that I think the problem is the furnace and he checked the furnace, and found that the furnace condenser pump was turned off by mistake; likely my kids played with it, he turned it on and since then I have no problem without paying any penny. before that and for the past 2 weeks, I had water in the basement around the furnace, I called a different company and they came for inspection and told me that I need to change the drain tile system, it costs $40,000 if done from outside and $19,400 if done from inside, I was not convinced that this is right specially that the water is at least 3-4 feet away from the wall, then few days later they called me saying that they have big discount for you and another person from the company will come to my house next day to discuss, when he came I told him that I don't think they are right with their judgment because the water is away from the wall, he did another inspection and said the same thing as his colleague said few days before.

I was able to get my appointment scheduled pretty timely. My basement has not flooded even with all the rain we have been getting and I am much more at ease since we made the decision to get our basement taken care of. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service, for answering my questions in full detail, and for going above and beyond expectations. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very wet basement and every time it was damp it would smell and give us a headache. Everything is fixed now thanks to BWM and Shawn. Very satisfied. A little pricy but definately worth it for the piece of mind knowing that it is fixed for good and this system is better than all the others that we looked at.
