I hired 4-Ever Water Tite to install a new water service line at a rental property. Part of the line was in an unheated crawl space and it was buried so it would not freeze. These clowns didn't bother to bury the new line and so it froze. I called the owner, Robert Gray, who came out and wrapped the pipe in heat tape and said they would bury the pipe once the weather warmed up. Well every year since then I have been trying to get them back out to bury the pipe but all I get is excuses. His last response was, "4everwatertite plumbing is out of business I’m sorry I can’t help you." So now he's trying to weasel out of fixing this issue by claiming he did the job under one of his defunct businesses. Nice try Bob but I hired 4-Ever Water Tite to do this job. So I am going to have to hire another company to fix this problem and then take 4-Ever Water Tite to court to get reimbursed. This is not a reputable company.

My neighbor had work done by this company...not only did she have to get her lawyer involved to get them to finish the job...they also ripped up a bunch of out grass and broke our landscaping rocks... Very unprofessional. I was outside one day when they actually showed up...and the music they had blaring made me shutter...ni##er this...bi**h that...mother fu$$er this...and it was pretty loud. I had to shut my windows because I didn't want my child to hear it and start repeating the words.

Horrible custcustomer service. Primary way of contacting was by text. 3 months and was still waiting to have my driveway poured. I would say stay away from this company.

Great people who do an honest job

It's not a good sign when I make my initial call, get prompted to use a touch tone menu, then it transfers me to an voicemail where "the mailbox has not been set up". Just lost a local, highly likely customer.
