Very responsive customer service. David, the lead on my job, kept in close contact all the way through the project. Very messy job but they cleaned everything up great. Very pleased to no longer have water in my basement. Love the life time warranty.

Never Wet Basement did an excellent job on my basement. They explained to me why my basement was the way it was prior to the work(cracks, mildew etc..) and what work was going to be performed to prevent those issues from re-occurring. The moisture no longer accumulates on the walls, my sump pump runs way less than it did prior to the work and the air quality has improved greatly. (no more wet basement odor). The workers were respectful, friendly and worked very hard. I would recommend Never Wet Basement if you have any basement issues related to water.

Never Wet Basements are a fantastic company. They made my basement look so nice and it only took a week. The guys working on this project were polite and very hard working. My house is surrounded by bushes and they did the best job in not disturbing them. I was really worried about that and they reassured me they would be very careful working around them. Kevin, one of the owners, came here three times to make sure I was satisfied and very helpful making me feel satisfied. I am and feel confident they were the best company to hire for my WET basement.
