Tom and his team did a good job to waterproof our cold room. They were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Thanks for the outstanding service .

Ongoing problems with project to lower basement and add foundation walls to addition. Project started Feb 2018 and as of July 6th, I asked them not to return. Poor communication, no project plan with end date, excuses for delays, as reported to me by my neighbours, rarely working on site, unprofessional (house had mud coating floors, doors, washroom used despite sewer was not hooked up, walls destroyed ), poor workmanship... blockwork a mess; as of July 27th, water showing as coming through in two areas... This company removed all my ductwork and left in yard until May leading me to believe that of course they will reinstall... surprise!! Also, no reconnection of gas line... surprise!! Additional foundation work required and will be completed by others. After paying $58,000, I have now further costs associated with the work. Picture of the "new" beam I had to pay nearly $6000 for.... Waterproofing and weeping tiles were installed inside -- this is generally done when you have already a foundation in place to save money... no explanation provided as to why, prior to pouring concrete foundation, that the weeping tiles and waterproofing not installed on outside. Jan 2019. Basement water due to improper installation of sump pump!! Work scheduled to properly install waterproofing membrane. On and On the costs to fix their work continues. STAY AWAY ...

Don't recommend at all!!!! Seems like other people who have rated Tom have the same problem as I am having. Fixed two cracks 2500. Still everyday pouring water in for the last past 3 weeks. Tom comes in with moisture meter and leaves. He has no clue whats going on. He is blaming everything else except his unprofessional work. Tom has no experience. He just hires people to work for him. Ps: This is a reply to what he wrote, He didn't tell me my wall was bad. He didn't even know the one weeping tile was full! The person working on it that day told me then I had to tell Tom then he had to call his worker to double check. All Talk! He wasn't there when it was filled. There was a river in the room in the basement. Not moisture! Look at the pics. All my hard wood floor from the sec room which is connected to this room are gone bad after over 30 days of him trying to figure out if it has anything to do with my bathrooms, furnace, water heater etc! Told him since beginning when it rains water comes in. It has nothing to do with inside. The only free thing was the worker cover couple of cracks with cement outside. Cover not fill! So I paid 2500 for ??? I still have same problem. Here are pics of two rooms that I have issue with still as he calls it moisture. Does this look like moisture to you?

We had Tom and his crew underpin our sinking foundation as well as convert a crawlspace into a useable room a year ago. Although the job took much longer then expected (4 months instead of one) it wasn't all their issue. Bottom line is they did an excellent job and were absolutely great to work with.
