We had a basement flood emergency at the end of March and I emailed twice and left a message on the owner’s personal cell phone. Never got a response. Even if they were really busy, there is no excuse for not taking a minute to communicate that. We went with Mr. Foundation, who responded immediately and professionally.

Great work and it’s fully effective. Great service and fair prices. Great to deal with overall.

You have to pay $180 to get a quote to know how much the fix going to cost you. Otherwise you have to accept whatever they ask. Poor customer service too.

The Crack Doctor team is phenomenal! If you have water in your basement, call The Crack Doctor and it will be fixed forever. They were efficient, polite, informative and professional in their jobs. French drain was installed. The paneling, vapour barrier, and insulation was cut so neatly that we could re-install it ourselves. We should have called on The Crack Doctor years ago.
