I can't speak to the quality of the work they do, because I couldn't even get them to bother with sending me a quote. I called to get an estimate, and the day before they were supposed to come, they rescheduled. When they finally came, over a week after the initial call, I was told I would get an estimate by email in the next day or 2. I waited several days and received nothing. I attempted to call 3-4 times, but every time it went to voicemail, and their inbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message. Finally, after nearly 2 weeks I got a hold of someone, and was told they had the wrong email address, though they obviously had my phone number. Once again, I was told I would get a quote the next day. Now, 4 days later, once again...no quote. I don't know if they are too busy, or just don't care...either way, I would recommend you call a more reputable business.

Excellent work, my basement flooded Christmas day. A foot of water at least. Called Chris , he took care of it right away, since it was winter he got creative and kinda reversed the job and installed weeping tile on the inside of the house and sump pump. I'm telling you I haven't seen a single drop of water in the basement for the last 3 years. Chris and Jen are extremely professional and it shows in their work and customer service.

Chris and Jenn were very easy to work with, they helped my elderly mother when her basement was leaking. My mother previously hired another company to fix her basement, and she flooded the next year, so she called CP Foundation Repairs. They were able to find the problem immediately after digging it up. They were quick, efficient and reliable and they didn't leave until the job was finished. Even though it was a challenging job, with limited space to dig, they managed to get the job done right the first time. It's now been over a year and my mother has not had any water in her basement since. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you CP Foundation Repairs, for a job well done!

Just had this contracting company do my weeping tiles on my home and I had them install a sump pump/pit in my basement. Chris and Jen (the owners) were super helpfull from day one. They both understand the trade and were honest from the begining. PRO -Very clear, easy to understand what work they would perform -Price was great, very fair compared to other contrators in town -Quick work, everything was completed within a weeks time -The crew were very friendly and did a fantastic job -When it came to needing a sump pump/pit, they explained the entire process to go to the City for the grant CONS -When installing the sump pump/pit they left a bit of a mess in the basement of my home and on my houses siding (minor issue) Absolutely flawless work though. I would reccomend CP Foundation Repair and would definitely use them again for foundation or landscaping projects.
