My brother and my son both used Locktight and were more then pleased with their work so they referred them to me for a new bubbler system. Everything went very smooth from the sales person to all the hard working men that did the job. The entire crew was very nice, personable and respectful. When they finished the job, you couldn't even tell they dug up my front lawn. The grass was put perfectly into place and not one piece of dirt on the lawn. Everything is working perfectly and have had no issues at all! This company and it's employees are truly amazing and I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you so much Locktight...your definitely the best!

Confident sales presentation:, As we are repeat customers, we like it that they listened carefully to what we need (No shovels have been scheduled, yet) and were prepared to clearly back why what they will be doing is better. We will have inside drain tile and sump installed, as well as outside foundation work done to bolster a bulging cracked cement wall. Only 4 stars, because work is not yet completed! We just had the work done last week...Nice job, guys!

I hired Locktight for drain tile and exterior drainage (bubbler). The total cost was $16,000. When they busted up my basement floor to install the drain tile, they broke my sewer and tried to patch it with cement. The cement hardened in the sewer and caused back-up. LockTight denied this and blamed tree roots until a camera showed the cement and shoddy patch-work. Even then they still refused to take responsibility and I had to get the city inspector involved. They finally fixed it correctly and reimbursed my plumbing costs but only after pressure. Now, 3 years later, we discovered additional cracks in the sewer at a different location that went unnoticed the first time we scoped it. My sewer has been leaking under the basement floor since they did the original work and depositing into the sump crock. When we discovered the cracks, I promptly reported it to LockTight. They responded that they are not responsible. Here we go again. Here are some other problems I dealt with that were related to the original job: The LockTight crew tore my roof shingles by jamming a gutter downspout upwards which caused the gutter to pitch the wrong way (I discovered this when I got up there to clean it). They broke my walkway instead of digging underneath it for the bubbler (This piece settled uneven and caused a tripping hazard). They never returned to fill settled areas of my asphalt driveway and lawn. Last, I asked the crew to leave me some of the CLEAN fill to use in an area of my backyard but instead they dumped large chunks of concrete and asphalt which I had to remove later. Afterwards I discovered that I could have had the whole job done for several thousand dollars less. To be fair the drain tile works well and I only know this because it picks up my sewer water when I flush the toilet. This was my experience with these guys. Caveat emptor.
