Roberto was very prompt in coming to look at the job and provide a quote. He started the job early this morning, did a fabulous job, left the site in better condition than before his arrival and it's very comforting to know he'll stand behind his work. Having come out to observe periodically throughout the day, i am confident that we won't experience any more leaks, seeing how thorough they were.

After contacting many companies for a quote. Remove and restore showed up the next day after contacting them, while I waited several days for others to reach out. Immediately, I was impressed. First impressions matter. After meeting with the other companies we decided with Rob and his team at Remove and Restore. The PROFESSIONALISM was unparalleled. They were HONEST, RELIABLE, FAIR and did an INCREDIBLE job. We have since hired them for other work and will continue to use them in the future. They have a client for life. There are so many crooked and shady contractors, Remove and Restore are restoring my faith that there are honest ones out there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had a leak repaired last year by another company and paid thousands for the work, then it leaked again! We found Robert from Remove & Restore on Homestars (he gets 10/10!) and he promptly got back to us. He explained all the details around his plan and executed it fast and extremely professionally. We trusted him from the beginning, even after having been duped by someone else. I'd give 6 stars if it was an option!

Rob responded promptly to my initial call and quickly assessed the situation with respect to the repair and supplied the quotes. He gave me the options that were available. The pricing was very fair and cheaper then other quotes I obtained. His team arrived and were professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Rest assured I’m very pleased with repair that was made. Would highly recommend Rob and his team!

We Called R&R to come give us an estimate for water proofing our basement. They were very fast and professional with a response. R&R came in and looked over the job, we talked about 2 options interior and exterior. R&R was very responsive with a quote as we had a deadline to get this done by. R&R was also very fair in the pricing of the job. the guys were very easy to talk to and helped us understand what the scope of work was. I highly recommend Remove and Restore. R&R also knew that we applied for a grant for a sump pump in our area and recommended a pluming company. Great job guys thank you! we are now water free in our basement.
