I’m a realtor and WaterBGone has done many homes and has helped buyers/sellers in the process. He has a lifetime transferable warranty and great prices along with a great company! I recommend him for any sort of basement waterproofing and foundation repairs!!! You can’t go wrong here!

Hired safie to fix a foundation at my house. Quote was for 20k. Decides to tell me he won’t finish job until he gets 15k cause he only has another couple days left. Turns out what he ended up doing was creating more damage. Over 35k to fix. City is involved now and class action suit is being organized. Our ininital deposit payment was late, but that does not excuse the kind of workmanship he did and how much damage was caused. Couple days after he signed agreement to finish , he goes to city and cancels permits. Knowing full well his work would never pass inspections. I would not recommend anyone to use him.

They did a quality job. My basement was leaking everywhere. They came in and did a whole system. The crew were in an out and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them.

Rude, immature, threatening, presumptuous, unprofessional, just to name a few of the owner's short comings. Here's one of the e-mails I received.... you know, from a professional businessman. Touts guarantees, warranties and backing up/standing by his work. "It shows me that you have no concept on how basement waterproofing is gone and another thing it shows me that you don't have the balls to call me but you want to bash my company we went out there as professionals and repair of the five cracks and again I can't help it if he has other issues in his basement it is not my fault that his basement is leaking Put some big girl pants and call me I don't care about you or you're broad you guys are nothing but arrogant people for you to bash my company before you talk to me And I don't have time for your games and your high end board meetings."

Joe and his crew from WaterBGone did an amazing job! They worked around my schedule, did a quality job and answered all my questions. They didn't try and upsell me and instead informed me of all my options so that I was able to make the best choice based off my needs. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing.
