Well last summer I had Ken and company come out and do a full perimeter waterproofing of my basement. I only had leaking in the front wall but decided since I was going to fully remodel the basement to do the whole perimeter. Then May 1 2019 Allen Park got hit very hard. All my neighbors across the street had flooded basements but I was nice and dry. Inspected all the cleanouts they installed during the storm to find them all flowing about 2 inches of water to the sump pump exactly like it was designed to do. Glad I did the full perimeter. These guys saved my basement and I got every penny of my investment back in one long night. Thanks Ken!

Fantastic service by Ken and company. Communicative, efficient, and superior workmanship. My basement has been dry as a bone for months after foundation work and drainage/sump pump installation.

Ken Olson and his company are truly amazing. We bought a home with leaking basement walls. They are all fixed thanks to Ken! He was referred to us by a friend and I can honestly say, we would refer him to everyone! Superior service, communicates, thorough and they clean up! I will always call Ken if I need to!

Foundation Specialist & Waterproofing reinforced my block basement walls. After the work was done I had a few concerns, Ken called me and addressed them with a follow-up trip. Very professional crew. I couldn't be happier.

Great Experience. Came out to inspect a home before I purchased it and make sure it was structurally sound. Gave me a quote on needed fixes along with quoting on crawl space encapsulation.
