ATLANTIC COAST WATERPROOFING INC.

Gary and his guy's are worth every penny! More than satisfied with his work. Just rehired him to install the drainage line for the Aqua-Flow system he installed a few months ago.

If I could give more stars, I would. When we first bought the house, we felt like something was wrong with our basement. The floor was uneven and there was a slate of cement sticking out from the wall. We didn’t think much of it because it was originally built in the 50s and figured it was something that they did back then. We also learned that there was a leakage problem at the base of our basement stairs. We had several companies come out and they literally spent two minutes to look around, gave us no explanation of what was wrong and only stated what they could do to “fix” it. When Gary came out for the consultation, he was very thorough in inspecting the basement, inside and out. When his inspection was done, he gave us an in-depth explanation of how our current draining system was constructed and how he intended to fix it. He also pointed out to us all the odd things in our basement was ways that the previous owner had tried to fix water damage issues. All of his knowledge and the feeling that he wasn’t out to nickel and dime us lead us to hire him. Gary was on site every day of the project. The team arrived promptly and was very friendly. Throughout the course of the project Gary came across several other issues that we were unaware. Such issues as our basement had two to three floors of cement, the sump pump was not up to code and our stairwell was dry rotted from the leakage. Gary kept us informed throughout the entire process. He gave us options every time something came up and wanted what was right as well as affordable for us. They completed the job within the time frame he gave us. They took care of pulling all the permits and talking with the inspectors, they cleaned up after themselves every day and even returned all the items that they moved back to their spot. I highly recommend Atlantic Coast Waterproofing if you are having issues with your basement.

My wife Pam and I contacted Atlantic Coast Waterproofing to review our flooding problem in our finished basement and to give us an estimate. After we explained our problem to Gary {owner} he then spent about 1-1/2 hours explaining reviewing the entire basement to determine the what was the main cause of water flooding the area. After listening to him explain how they have resolved different job issues, we both felt very confident with him and his company. Gary gave us an estimate on 12-15-18 and on 12-18-18 they came out and did a GREAT job and a very nice clean up on completion. Gary and his crew were very knowledge and friendly. And went above and beyond our expectations. We give Atlantic Coast a very high recommendation for a job well done and on a timely basis. Gary runs his business the way he manages his family and his life, with complete honesty and integrity. GIVE THEM A CALL YOU WONT REGRET IT. Sincerely Ron and Pam Emery Brighton Michigan

After years of having a flooded basement we contacted Atlantic Coast Waterproofing. Gary, the owner, came to our home and explained the process he would use to guarantee (life time and transferrable) a dry basement. His explanation was very detailed and he answered all of our questions. The job was started promptly when scheduled and completed in the projected time frame. Plastic was draped over the basement contents to protect from dust, so the mess was minimal. All of the work was handled by the crew, Gary, Cody, Casey, Phil, and the very talented cement finisher, Richard. They cleaned the work site every day so that they were starting fresh the next day. The entire crew of Atlantic Coast Waterproofing possess a very strong work ethic. They are courteous, dependable, and considerate of their client's property. The saying "you get what you pay for", is very true in this case. The job exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Gary and his company for your waterproofing needs.

Working with Gary was a fantastic experience. He did a great job of explaining where and why my basement was leaking and exactly what was going to be done to fix it. More than just explaining how waterproofing is done, Gary located the causes of damage to my basement and had a plan to fix them. Throughout the work, Gary gave daily updates on progress and plans for the next day. Also, any concerns or new information that was discovered was communicated promptly so that I could make an informed decision. Additionally, Gary relayed all information he got from the inspectors, so that I knew exactly what would be expected and required. The work was also very professional from demo to install. They did everything reasonably possible to keep the house clean. I would definitely recommend Gary and Atlantic coast waterproofing to anyone.
