I wish I had seen the previous reviews before using this firm. Job was eventually completed but only after a lot of extras were applied. If the site manager had done his job properly and actually turned up it would have helped greatly. The first day the staff turned up moaning about the conditions and that things weren't ready, if the site manager had reviewed the site 3 days prior to the start he would have known that. Even the staff who completed the job told me i shouldn't have been paying for the things I was and when I questioned it I was just told you agreed it so pay it. When I complained I was told the director would call me, 2 months later still nothing, I raised that again to simply be told that the director agrees with company policy and he is on holiday anyway so can't contact me. Biggest bunch of cowboys going.
