We had an excellent experience with Waters Basement Service. They willingly accommodated off-hours appointments and explained the process of repairing our basement cracks thoroughly. We were very pleased with the results- the basement walls looked good as new. Price was fair and reasonable and the job came with a transferable warranty. We highly recommend Waters Basement Service.

This company is great! They were quick to respond to my situation, did a fabulous job with the work and actually took the time to explain things to me to prevent water issues in the future. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for all my needs in the future!

Our basement had been wet for the past 15 years. Bob Waters work was excellent and we have had a dry basement for the past 3 years. Great work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a dry basement! We wish we would have done this years ago.
