I had 3 other companies come in to give me an estimate for a leak in my basement before Ottawa Structural came in. The first 3 companies left me feeling uneasy and not at all confident in finding someone who wasn’t looking to cut corners or sell me something unnecessary. The first visit from Ottawa Structural made me feel comfortable and confident that the leak could be fixed. No up selling, no bizarre suggestions that I received from a few others. Very straight forward and honest right from the start. I signed the contract that very day and the work was started and completed within a week. Jen was exceptional in customer service as well. Her communication was top notch. The work was done efficiently and quickly. The workers worked really hard to dig the 6 feet in the cold. They were professional and hard working. They cleaned up everything each day and the point of excavation looks even better than it did before. Thank you guys so much for everything. - WOMO Certified Review

Very professional service from my initial call to the estimator’s visit to the person that did the repair. They took the time to answer all my questions and completed the job as described. I would highly recommend Ottawa Structural and will not hesitate to call them again.

This company is so bad to treat their customer. Don't trust them, every time you will be told the job will be done next month forever. Then next...

Not sure if my experience qualifies to write a review about, but here goes... Our foundation wall between the house and garage looks awful. It appears to be buckling under the weight of the house, cracked and bulging out at several places. Mike from OSRS came out and spent a lot of time inspecting and tapping it with his hammer. Turns out that all that apparent damage is entirely superficial. After chipping some of it away, he revealed a solid foundation underneath. Anyway, he said no repair was needed and refused to give us a quote. Another contractor wanted to charge us $11,000 for an unnecessary repair. Thank-you OSRS!

Positives: I was impressed by the quality of their work and the people on the job. Negatives: They juggle to many jobs and if you are a small job you can wait forever. I had a $25K job that took almost a year to complete from the time I signed the contract. It also took about three months to even start the job. So be prepared to WAIT and WAIT some more.
