This winter has been one of ups and downs with weather extremes from deep freezes to thaws. During one of the recent thaws we noticed some water coming in the back foundation wall in the furnace room. Unsure what to we decided we needed to research the issue more. The more we researched the more confused we got. It became clear we needed to get it fixed sooner than later. So I went on the better business bureau and looked for companies that repaired foundation leaks. We noticed that Bol Dan had a high bbb rating A+ and had been in business for over 28 years. We called them and I’m sure when we left the message we were frantic. They called back promptly and came to access the leak the same day. We were told we needed to remove some drywall and two by fours and call back. We did and 3 days later they came to fix the leak. Geatin came and fixed the leak. He was quite calm and knowledgeable and was very skilled which was quite apparent when I watched him work. I am quite certain that if he didn’t come in and fix the leak when he did we would have sustained damage. Here is what I learned from this whole ordeal. Water once it finds its way into your house through a crack will only get worse don’t wait get it fixed asap. You need to find a company you can trust and one that has experience doing these types of repairs. I would recommend Bol Dan and have to a number of friends and family members who have had similar issues. The service they provided to me and my family was worth every penny.
