So glad that we had Steve and his crew help to make our basement dry! We started getting water in the basement last year and hoped the new gutters would correct the problem but it did not, so we called Steve and Now Dray Basements. After the basement was waterproofed, we have had several days of rain and I have not had to clean up puddles of water which is great! I also appreciated, that the crew worked really hard to clean up after they were done and not leave me a mess - thanks!!

Steve and his team did a great job waterproofing my 1940s basement. I chose Now Dry because they were able to get me in quicker than the other companies (I had been pumping multiple times a day since the original drain system failed), and their price was attractive (always ask if there is a cash discount). They worked with the Farmington Hills inspector and handled the permits which was nice. I am especially pleased that my basement is dry with an interior system that is designed to last for decades. FYI, if you are hiring any waterproofing company, verify that they install their pipe at the base of the footer - never go with any system that is above the footer!

Company used to be Basement Cracks and Leaks. Looks like they closed down and re-opened in another business....hmmm...Sounds like bad business practice. They did work for me some time back but under Basement Cracks and Leaks. Now I know why I could never get a return call. They closed and re-opened. Do a search for his license and you will see what I say is true. Shady. Many more reputable waterproofing companies locally to choose from that stand behind their work.

This company is phenomenal. Our basement was leaking from a repair done by a different company (that did a poor job). When I explained my situation to Steve, he arranged for Sean to come to our house for an evaluation and possible work the very next day. You could tell just from speaking to Steve that he is the kind of man you can trust and rely on. Sean got to our house promptly and I could immediately tell that he, too, was a man (albeit a young man) that could be trusted and that knew what he was talking about. He showed me how he diagnosed our leak problem, he took the time to make sure the work was thoroughly completed, and then cleaned up the area. I was impressed by this young man and am so glad I found NowDry. Neither Steve nor Sean tried to up-sell me anything and the cost ended up being less than I had anticipated. It is this kind of company and these kind of men that renew my faith in contractors. Thanks Steve. Thanks Sean.

Steve, the owner, was immediately responsive to me and my needs. His employee who did the work, Sean, was prompt, efficient and very knowledgable. The price was extremely reasonable. Great work from a great company. I highly recommend them.
