When flushing the toilet upstairs, I found that I would have water backing up into my laundry tub in the basement. I called Drainhome and they sent a plumber within the hour. He ran a camera inspection, cleared the clog and opened up the drain. Fortunately, repairs were affordable and completed on the same day. I appreciate how quickly they responded, and their honesty in not trying to sell us extra work that we didn’t need. I will call them again if I’m in need of a plumber.

I had leaks and moisture in my basement, so I called few plumbing companies for a solution. Drainhome gave me the most extensive explanation and Andy was very helpful in outlining our options. The price for the project was very reasonable compared to other companies and the quality of work was very solid. It was a pleasure doing business with this outfit .

Andys crew was great! Taras and Alex were efficient, thorough, professional and worked well together. The quality of work was excellent, the job was completed in the time stated and the site was left clean. Both Andy and his team were trustworthy and always very respectful. Communication with Andy was prompt and comprehensive. As someone who works in a trade, I have a great appreciation for their abilities and workmanship. We would highly recommend Drainhome Plumbing & Waterproofing and would definitely use them again! Thanks, guys!

The drain in a small rental duplex that I own, suddenly blocked. I had to have it fixed in a hurry because my tenants could not be without the use of bathroom and kitchen facilities for long. I called Drain Home based on the excellent reviews from his customers I read, and I am glad that I did. Andy arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed correctly the problem of broken drain in two places, suggested replacement of the old clay drain, and gave me a very reasonable price. Terry and Dima arrived within an hour and started work immediately; they dag down to the broken drain inside and outside the building, and managed to replace the whole length of the drain as quickly as possible, while at the same time keeping the drain partially functioning to the relief of my tenants. Once finished, they cleaned the basement spotless, secured the outside and put everything back as it was. I highly recommend Drainhome company.

Andrei and Terrence professionally diagnosed and managed a drain that was obstructed by tree roots and required outdoor excavation to a depth of nine feet in the middle of June. The difficult job was completed promptly and with obvious expertise and experience. They were always genuinely reassuring and remarkably available. I highly recommend them.
