Jody was amazing! He not only was prompt and very clean- he took the time to show me what was happening and what he was doing to solve our basement leaks. Great value for how much work he put in ! He was the ultimate professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to have him again if we needed him. 5 out of 5 !!

We feel it’s important to acknowledge the solid reliability and impressive workmanship of Jody from Pro-Leak Solutions. In this industry it is not always easy to find someone of integrity and that takes pride in their work. We experienced this the hard way before meeting Jody. We had 3 cracks in our basement that caused a lot of damage. After calling around and either not getting a call back or told the only way was to break up our pattern concrete driveway, we felt a little defeated. We found Pro-Leak Solutions and left a message. In less than 24hrs Jody returned our call and the following morning he came by to take a look and give us a quote. The quote was very reasonable. My husband and I felt Jody was very knowledgeable in his trade and very professional. We were instantly put at ease. He was very honest with his availability and didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. Jody came to our home and repaired the cracks. We are extremely happy with his workmanship. We highly recommend Jody of Pro-Leak Solutions. Thank you, Jody! Chris & Julieanna

Jody was a real pleasure to work with. He went over and beyond what we had expected. Not only did he fix our foundation, he pulled out old damage drywall and despised of it for us. He was quick and very clean. There was no mess left over. Thanks again Jody. We will definitely recommend him to any of our friends or family.

Jody was a pleasure to deal with and is a true professional. Service was amazing right from the initial contact. He provides a quote, schedules the work and shows up on-time. His workmanship was superb and he left our basement neat and clean. (and more importantly, leak proof) Jody took the time to explain each step in the repair process and show us how the product works, which we found very interesting. He stands behind his work with a lifetime guarantee. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

My 92 year old mom was in the midst of moving , and with a leaking basement we were under a severe time restraint. Long story short....Jody displayed exemplary professionalism with empathy and understanding for my mom. We are so happy to have found this company...excellent work all around and really nice human beings...thank you!
