Keller Waterproofing

Keller Waterproofing made my life so much better. My house is located in an area with a high water table. I had two sump pumps pushing water away from my house daily (sometimes every 2 minutes!) After seeing water seeping into my lower level living area, I met with a local contractor that stated he had a guaranteed waterproofing system and could fix the issue in 1-2 weeks. Worst hire of my life! The work took 4 months, the owner was a jerk, and the problem got worse. I searched the state for a waterproofing company that had a focus on waterproofing and found Keller. Ryan Keller met with me in person, we discussed the issues, and walked through the exterior and interior of my property. Ryan spent an hour measuring, inspecting, and writing up a diagram and quote for the work. After reviewing the plan and learning about their lifetime guarantee, I hired Keller Waterproofing. On day one, Jim, Ryan and crew showed up on time (a 2 hour drive from my house) and got to work. The team was awesome. The workers were respectful, Jim and Ryan communicated with me along the way, and they worked harder than any contractors I have ever hired. They dug a trench around the exterior of the foundation, installed a membrane system, channeled water to a central location, and strategically placed a pumping system under my slab to move the water. The results were better than I could have imagined. The water no longer seeped in, the original pumps no longer turn on, and the system they installed (interior and exterior) keep water away from my property. Before the work, my wife and I were always nervous about leaving the house for an extended period of time. We now can leave for extended periods with a piece of mind that our house will not flood. Additionally, the Kellers documented their work and I was able to win a court decision in small claims court that resulted in the first contractor paying me back. I would highly recommend Keller Waterproofing to anyone with water issues or foundation problems.
