Arid did an amazing job! The sales rep, Mike who came out to give us an estimate was very knowledgeable and explained how the whole process worked. He was very patient answering my three pages of questions! The work they did and the equipment they installed was exactly as promised. I stressed out for so many years about getting French drains because I heard it was so messy and you get dust throughout the whole house. I followed their printed recommendations and there was virtually no dust in the floors above the basement. The Foreman, also named Mike, brought a crew of seven men and ran the job like clockwork. The job was completed in just 5 1/2 hours. They cleaned up every piece of debris and even washed down my driveway! Mike explained how the system works and left me all the manuals. I went with their backup pump and battery system, which they designed, for extra peace of mind. I would recommend Arid to anyone thinking about getting French drains. Thank you Arid!

This is the only company I would trust for any basement waterproofing work. They installed french drains and a sump pit in our house over seventeen years ago and since then we have not had a water issues in our basement. They are honest, professional and extremely helpful and do outstanding work. Patrick is always answered any questions we have had and has always been great to work with. I highly recommend Arid for any basement water proofing needs.

Quick, clean, professional and very friendly! I would recommend everyone I know who needs a french drain to use Arid! We are more than satisfied with all they did for us - from the initial meeting to the final payment, this is one of the best contractors that I've had the pleasure to work with!

From start to finish, these guys were great to work with. Patrick and Mike - brothers who own the company - were extremely responsive, polite, and worked with me on price. I never felt hesitation towards hiring them and felt confident in the work they would provide. On the day of my job, the crew of 4 showed up on time and did the work quickly and thoroughly. They kept me informed throughout the day of progress and unforeseen issues. Additionally, after the work was done, I was unhappy with the placement of a pipe. With a great attitude, they dug up the newly poured concrete and re-located the pipe, adding an extra hour onto the job. No complaints and would hire them again! -Erica C Wood Ridge NJ

Honest and professional folks. Came home promptly. Told me that I do NOT need their services as it was plumbing issue in the basement. Got a plumber who found the issue confirming the source and is fixing it. 5 other water proofing companies came before arid and used pressure sales to have me sign up on the spot for unbeatable prices! One was absolutely rude. Glad I spoke to Arid. Very professional inspector who was to the point, interested in listening to us and solving our problem. These guy love what they do.
