Friendly staff and good location. Stayed on the 17th floor and it seemed like it had a recent renovation. New beds were very comfy. Bathroom was small and was missing some small touches. Minor complaint, but there's no towel holder by the sink. Overall, great value for the price I paid.

Not impressed. I couldn't park my Armada in their garage , it scraped the top of my car. So I head to pay for valet so it could be parked somewhere else. The rooms were plain but served the purpose. The fridge was located in a spot with no outlet. Beds were comfortable though

The room on the 18th floor was amazing at first. Then the air-conditioning broke and the room was unbearable. It was much cooler on the balcony then the room. After not being able to adjust the room temp or even fan controls a call was made to the front desk. The person at the front desk told us that the entire hotels air-conditioning was temporarily broken , but was being worked on as we spoke and should be running soon. Well 5 hours later it was hotter than ever and a visit to the front desk was needed. Once we told the night clerk at the front desk we found out that only 2 guests complained before us. Then I realized that couldn't be possible to have a packed hotel with no air-conditioning in July in Texas and only 2 people complained. So we were given a different and much worse room to possibly move to. The second room was nasty and old and wasn't the same room type we had but we we're lucky to have gotten it or so they said. The entire experience was horrible and I will not be going back and will be telling everyone I know about this. I stay in hotels about half of the year and it was like a bad dream to stay here. I don't recommend it the staff cared less and now I remember why I only use certain companies for my and my

The building has passed its zenith. The rooms still have the old bathtubs with the curtains. They have started renovating some rooms. I hope we can soon see some results. ---------------------------------- My star rating legend: Excellent / Exceptional ☆☆☆☆☆ Very good / Special ☆☆☆☆ Above-Average ☆☆☆ Below-Average ☆☆ Something is wrong!? ☆ ---------------------------------- Please note, my star rating compares this place in general to other similar places and is not based on a one time subjective impression.

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of everything. Everywhere we wanted to go was right within walking distance from the hotel. The young man at the front desk when we walked in greeted us immediately. He was very friendly and professional. Loved our stay.
