Ive been to a few other community lakes, but this one just does it better. Everything is very well kept and evertything one may need is here. Two large playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, chess, boats, you name it. In the winter it transforms into multiple ice rinks and a huge toboggan hill and they have a large fireplace outside

Lots of families, fun and healthy environment. You can do different water activities in the lake with the rental equipments the lake offices have. Great for having a picnic type of day. I didn't see any lifeguards on duty.

Modnapore Lake is well maintained, beautiful landscaping and many options for things to do including tennis, giant chess, firepit, picnic tables to reserve, volleyball net, paddle boards, peddle boats Sandy beach, park, waterfall, and floating slide in the middle of the water. It is also a great place in the winter with ice skating, tobogganing on the big hill etc..
