Tons of awesome resources available. Have the pleasure to work with many staff! Can not say enough about each and every person. So much support, it is humbling

I have found the people who work and/or volunteer there are really knowledgeable, freindly and extremely helpful.

In terms of the clientele I did not mind working for the agency. The people that I interacted with were regulars and I found satisfaction in being able to provide them with basic needs and harm reduction kits and strategies Etc. That is the only reason that I am giving this company 2 Stars. Moving along, I would not suggest anybody work for this agency at the British Columbia office. The management does not show any appreciation to their staff and when you would like to move up or down they make it very difficult. Even sometimes letting you go if you decide to speak out on leniency although they are short-staffed as is. I have contacted the Toronto head office about my concerns and never recieved a response so I am convinced the entire agency across Canada is the same.
