Total rip off. We sent my grandmother's vaccum in when a pen got lodged into the hose. First of all they said to fix it, it would cost around $200 and then when we went to pick it up they said it was going to be over the $200. Initially they said it would be a few days and then after a couple weeks of probing (they said they would call in two to three days but never did) they finally returned it. After a few uses it broke again only to find that the same pen was still lodged in the vaccum. So they basically cheated an elderly women out of $200. For someone trying to survive on a pension that is a massive blow. Stay far away.

Great experience at Vic’s Vacs this week, Brian was most helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend shopping here instead of home depot or other cleaning stores. their products are great and a much better value. and its the best place to go if you need to repair a vacuum, they fixed mine for less than $30 now it works great... In response to another review, I believe his middle name is Vic. Brian's vacs just doesn't flow as nice but he is the guy.. maybe he doesn't explain that to everybody.

I was driving by and noticed this new vac shop so stopped in to investigate. This tall fellow come out from the back and says hi, I asked are you Vic and he says Yup. Chatted about his lines of cleaners etc and left. Found out later that his name is not Vic, it is Brian. Not the best way to start good a customer relationship. I don't plan on going back, afraid if I ask is this a good vacuum, he will say Yup.
