Just attended a seminar that was really good. Friendly admin and a great lecturer, but unfortunately it was ruined at the end. After all that we do in construction to limit waste: Net Zero, built Green, and Leeds our own association had a disgusting amount of food waste. I wish I could put a the photo here that I took. The hotel that the seminar was at doesn’t even allow left over food to be taken home. If you are reading this ICBA please choose the location carefully so that I can continue to take your courses.

This educator must be avoided at all cost. They charge $900 for a 2-day GARBAGE course. This course was held in some shady hotel . There were only 5 students in “Classroom/ meeting room/ hallway”. I was expecting high quality notes. What I got was a pamphlet (50 pg.) with a monkey on a computer. The course was taught by another monkey call Tim Williams who said “the monkey image was his idea and he is a genius” :) this guy is supposed to be teaching us marketing strategy?!. Course material was garbage the teaching was even worse. Tim Williams should be teaching kindergarten level. He rushed through the entire course material just because he wanted to beat the traffic back to his rental house. He also could not stop bragging about how rich he is, or wished he was lol. Maybe that’s why he is teaching in a shady hotel room. These are all Red signs in my books for a failed education provider. Tim Williams is a mentally broken individual and should be avoided as a person at all cost! Don’t waste your MONEY! give them a go at your own risk and see for yourself 
